Benefit of Miswak (My Personal Experience) by Zahir ud din Babar Mashwani.  I am going to share with you my personal experience to use of Miswak. One year ago, I have severe pain in my front tooth. I can't chew my food properly. One day I have decided to go hospital and check my teeth to the Doctor for immediate relief. I take leave from my company and go to Fatima Memorial Hospital (one of the biggest hospitals in Lahore). There was too much rush. Doctor checked my teeth with an electronic machine and told me that your four teeth has problem and required RCT and took my X-ray of one tooth.    My tooth condition was very bad. HOT WATER CURED MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND MELT YOUR FAT.  by Zahir ud din Babar Mashwani    One more best experience I am going to share with you i.e. "HOT WATER" which cured my Blood Pressure and melt my fat.  About two years ago suddenly a severe pain started in my head. I checked my B.P which was above 200. I have started to take blood pressure tablets. Then I met with a great Ruhani Mualij who lives in Raiwind advised me that 3 months of use of hot water can cure Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Cold water can causes 70 diseases. Dirty hands with oil can not be washed with cold water. Hot water can wash dirty hands. If you eat oily things and drink cold water this oil  freeze in your veins and narrow your veins. But hot water melt oil and clean your blood.  I also saw many videos regarding benefits of Hot Water. I started to drink hot water which cured my Blood Pressure.    Fat persons must try to drink hot water for melting their fat...

I really enjoyed this event. Government, school and colleges should to promote sports in Tehsil, District and Province level which escaped our generation from smoking, Ice and Heroine. I also saw in the event Bao Rashid who was Ex-Coach of Pakistan Railway. We did not forget his endeavors to promote / survives of the Kabadi in Pakistan. He is sill active, honest, and loyal to promote the Kabadi. It will not fair to mention the name of Mr. Malik Mushtaq who was best friend of Bao Rashid. In his full careers of Mr. Malik Mushtaq no Jhapi (Catcher) to catch him. When Sikh players come in Pakistan this was his great ambition to meet Mr. Malik Mushtaq. This is one of the best game like wrestling to maintain your physique. ...
